As I understand it after exposure to peers, Penzu is a "kind of day." In Penzu can write whatever you want, from the daily chores, to your class notes, etc.. You can say it's like a blog, but much more private. In Penzu nobody can see or edit your information if you do not authorize it, which means you can save the information you want without danger.
Applied to education, in my opinion, could serve as a class notebook where students would keep their jobs and exercise.
