Corporate Social Responsibility does not only concentrate in the big cities of the country. There are large, medium and small to develop social programs in different regions. In Venezuela, not everything is concentrated in Caracas. That is why Charles and Anaiz unveiled initiatives developed in Zulia State.

talked to Gustavo Gonzalez, a sociologist adviser to the foundation BOD (Banco Occidental de Descuento) who noted that the focus of the BOD are oriented in the areas of education, culture, health, sport and recreation as well as micro and strengthening human capital.

Grounds + planning +

Socially responsible companies have efficient processes, management and sustainable human and it is usual that these employees motivated and awake to the social problems are the necessary breeding ground for volunteerism.

The arrival of Christmas is often one of these motivations, as well as the impacts of natural disasters, activate the solidarity of workers in community support.

volunteering to be effective and is aligned with the CSR programs of the company, the programs must be based on a diagnosis as recommended during the program: volunteer specialist Bonsante Thaís corporate. The Board of Directors of the company and the units responsible for social action need to be aware and to align the enthusiasm of workers with the strategic lines of the company to generate greater impact.

Anaiz
Both Charles and stressed the importance of gratitude and appreciation to the volunteers by the companies.
As an example of motivation, planning, targets and action on voluntary Anaiz and Carlos talked about "Santa on the streets" movement that was born from the inspiration of a group of friends, and December 10, 2006 in Caracas , Venezuela. Anxious to do something special at Christmas, decided to take to the streets with a Santa suit to deliver a moment of joy to people in need by giving away clothes, blankets and food. Best Way For Get Whiteout Off Plastic

policy

Now you're talking about political deception that many were subjected as well as possible actions of public complaint or of creating an avenue for future policy action that should have been but was not, I want to expose my thoughts on the subject.
At this point we are many hundreds of people than at any time and participate in Pro Platform in UPyD we have found that we were deceived and used. But that's not the worst. Many put our image, credibility and prestige to the service and as an endorsement of that party. In my case, not only as the first candidate in the general 2008 in Zaragoza during the activity but also as Coordinator of Aragon. Thus, unwittingly, broadcasting deception and collaborate with our fellow citizens to disseminate a message that the organization internally, at the highest level, not be created or enforced. Thus there would be no nonsense if we tried now correct and correct misinformation that transmit and communicate the facts so that voters are not fooled. I I did at the time and I must admit that I'm proud of it, as my comfortable position in the party I stopped to raise the first explicit and democratic opposition, with my amendment to the entire regulation of Congress in March 2008 and in the Political Council that month. I am also pleased that this communication did in the media. Publicly all started there and never returned to the same thing.
However, I must say that I see no possibility of building a new organization or party, or association which might serve us all and serve the society for that for which UPyD did not work. The reasons are threefold.
1. While there is still limping this party is not feasible to present with a similar political message and communication efforts would be diluted to make a difference have yet to show the falsity of one and the veracity of another. The electorate does not digest it. For those wishing to republish the game in what should have been, I suggest you wait to complete their decline. Then it's time to see if there remains a need to defend these approaches to society, if UPyD has not done discredit to their performance.
2. The story that binds us also has disengaged. Both I and some others that we rebel democratic and faultlessly against internal dictatorship, not want to work with people who vilified us for it and then to have risen to the critical group, when they were personally affected or marginalized. I mean, who soon find out what really happened, because they did not have enough information because the party did not allow internal communication. Yes, I mean, first of all, who remain members of the Board of Directors endorsed and voted for the regulation undemocratic Congress a few weeks later supported the opening of files and purging to avoid better to present candidates in the Congress. Interestingly these same people resigned then when they found that did not have the personal support of Rosa Díez in its confrontation with the then Coordinator of Madrid. I also refer, secondly, the people who are not only worried about the abuses or lack of democracy, but even applauded until it affects their own expectations, as happened recently to another Council member direction. I must admit that it was fun to see that not even cooperate with the dictatorship avoid getting kicked out of her. Finally, do not want to work with people who need a leader (or leader) and give credibility absolute and unconditional blind following, making the need to relinquish control democratic representatives or leaders. Such people made it possible for a dictatorship in Spain lasted forty years and are the cannon fodder that allows parties to be undemocratic.
3. The ideas we are also disjoint. I remember how a renowned economist, now opposition leader, suggested in a Political Council to freeze the pensions. The same person decided solely by economic arguments and ignoring what is sustainability, to the Ebro transfer was very cheered latter (and not very politely) for much of the Political Council. I also hear positions on nuclear energy or renewable issued without having any idea of \u200b\u200bthem bloody. I've seen that some accused the "leftism" of all the evils of the party and even in Spain, while their positions "liberals" were the only respectable. I've seen "progressives" to justify the absence of democracy in the interests of supposed efficiency. I at least I can not share everything. These discrepancies had arisen when we founded UPyD, but now I have done.
As a corollary, I am sure that if we had planted at the same time all came to light when the first anti-democratic abuses, the story was very different and the game could have been saved. Now only remains to be seen how languishes. There are many positive things can still be made, we can contribute to society, but not this way.
Greetings
PS: If anyone doubts the veracity of what is stated here know that, as I do when I show these terms, I have enough to support it if necessary. And the abuses suffered the "device" much more than you need, including unreleased surprises.

Ethics effective voluntary action and awareness in the use of social networks

It is no secret that Facebook, twitter, blogs and other online tools have joined the lives of thousands of people every time you connect information no matter the distance. Verify and disseminate reliable information sources, based on respect can make a huge difference.

in the country have already been several cases in which they have given to information published in twitter which were later denied by individuals associated with the event in question really. The resulting loss of credibility, confusion, situations can be avoided if only verify sources before echoing a report in social networks.

Where are we?. CSR and environmental management in Venezuela

assess the impacts of management and business development in a society as often as necessary is a healthy action.
It is therefore important to follow up studies, diagnostics, and surveys that yield the data to know where it is, points to strengthen and growth opportunities. Fenelon

Perera, solutions manager social and environmental sustainability Espiñeira, Sheldon & Associates firm PWC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) spoke on Saturday 25 September on the results of the Second Survey: Practices and Current Trends in CSR and Environmental Management Venezuela.

The progress in incorporating social and environmental commitment in the mission, vision, objectives and strategies of organizations and to stimulate debate in the country on CSR and its influence on strategic decision processes of organizations in the country were some of the objectives that the firm was drawn to do this survey for the second consecutive year.

"He noted that representatives of CSR and related areas, Board of Directors, Finance, Operations, Security Higiese and Environment, Marketing, Human Resources, among others, with the profile of participants in a 82% senior executives (presidents, vice presidents, partners, directors and senior management)

Among the findings from this study can include:

Increasingly, organizations have incorporated CSR objectives and environmental management into their strategies business, but as recommended Perera in the program call is to do strategically and increase the shares.

also appreciated progress in the integration of CSR and GA within the organizational structure in more than 50% of the organizations surveyed. In terms of social actions continues to place the contributions of donations or products and resources followed by corporate volunteering. Currently less than 50% of social actions undertaken by companies consider developing its own social projects.
Among the next challenges that emphasizes the study, they are placed on environmental issues but the trend is towards increased implementation of environmental management systems.

The main obstacles companies in Venezuela have been found mainly to the lack of professionals and lack of knowledge on social and environmental issues, and lack of resources or budgets to these areas.

Adolfo Jarrin again as a special guest in a better society left several reflections regarding how are the processes of internal commitment to socially responsible companies. Jarrin

be achieved outside the situation to analyze the changes that have been happening in the business. With a humanistic approach to visualizing sustainable actions consonant with the collective welfare said that the best deal at the moment is to save the planet. Part of individual responsibility to highlight that managers must become authentic leaders.

spoke of changes in consciousness to affect change in the environment, the actions of top professionals and companies to the world.

purpose of his book A Revolution Industrial business developments take the following from Creating.com:

"Like many other previous generations, who have felt to be on the threshold of a major transformation, in this first decade of the twenty-first century we move rapidly to a point watershed in the development model that draws and conforms to our modern society. Over the last decades we have enjoyed extraordinary technological advances, and the means to a better life, however, and the hand of these same advances, we find disarray, instabilities and inequities in virtually all human affairs, as we witness an increasingly rapid environmental deterioration which threatens the life of the species that inhabit the earth. Technological development has not been accompanied by an increase in understanding of what it means to be human and respect and exchange models show a clear emphasis towards self-interest and selfishness, which is generating more and more unequal societies. For nearly two centuries, our effort has been devoted to producing and marketing goods and services in order to provide a better livelihood, the cost may mask the spiritual crisis that is now perceived in societies and individuals. It seems that we have given to the quest for power and money, forgetting that we are the only species known to need to find meaning in life. It has been an external trip anesthetized the necessary adventure of inner development .... "

highlights the need to align processes with respect for life and the environment.

This and other messages Jarrín shared with listeners of a better society and that they can replay in our Programs section above.

Companies promoting change
