The text emphasizes the increasing social demands in Latin America and how they have demanded the creation of more conscious management processes, which do evolve traditional notions of corporate social responsibility to build the competitive advantages of a Socially Responsible Company. In order to achieve this, the author proposes a "role model" as a tool that builds corporate reputation, institutional strengthening and public confidence in the interest of any organization.
